Hainan Zirconium Titanium Resources Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Zirconium-Titanium"), founded in August 2022, is headquartered in Haikou, Hainan Province, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. It is an international mining group with core operations encompassing investment in zirconium-titanium and non-metallic mineral resources, the production and deep processing of zirconium and titanium, as well as mineral exploration and mining rights development. In 2025, Hainan Zirconium-Titanium was successfully named to the list of Hainan Province's Top 100 Private Enterprises.
As an integrated enterprise encompassing both resource supply and mineral processing, Hainan Zirconium- Titanium fully leverages its proprietary resources and capitalizes on its strategic positioning along the "Belt and Road" initiative. On one hand, the company invests in Hainan Non-ferrous Metals Mining Co., Ltd.—which, in turn, invests in Hainan Haiyu Mining Co., Ltd. to conduct overseas operations; on the other hand, it directly establishes a presence in overseas mineral resources. This approach creates a dual-pronged overseas resource structure characterized by both "direct ownership" and "indirect equity participation." Concurrently, utilizing its overseas subsidiaries as a platform, the company has established a globalized operational system and constructed a worldwide mineral trading network. Currently, the company holds mining rights for eight zirconium-titanium mines in Mozambique, Africa, with proven metal reserves reaching 26 million tons. Furthermore, through various channels—including exploration and mergers and acquisitions—the company continues to expand its overseas mineral resource footprint. Its strategic focus lies in building a transnational mineral resource portfolio characterized by large scale, long-term viability, and low operating costs, thereby continuously enhancing its core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
To date, the Company has launched a processing project for composite zirconium, titanium, and rare metal resources in Danzhou City, Hainan Province, China. Equipped with the most advanced beneficiation machinery available domestically, the facility employs state-of-the-art modern mineral processing techniques—including advanced magnetic and electrostatic separation—within its production workflow. Distinguished by its leading-edge processing technology and exceptional craftsmanship, the company offers a comprehensive and diverse product portfolio—primarily comprising titanium concentrate, zircon sand, rutile, and monazite—and has cultivated an extensive network of high-quality clientele throughout the entire southwest region of China and across the globe.
